Job Title: Senior-Level Litigation Paralegal (Temporary )

Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $39-48/hour

LHH is currently seeking a Senior-Level Litigation Paralegal (Temporary) to support our client's busy legal team in Seattle, WA. This role will involve providing advanced paralegal support to attorneys in all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation support, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including case management, document review, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Coordinate and manage document production and discovery responses.
Organize and maintain case files and electronic document databases.
Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
Handle administrative tasks as needed, including billing and invoicing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local and federal court rules and procedures.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $39.00 to $48.00 per hour
