Pay:

Job Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated Outbound Medical Scheduler to coordinate appointments and manage schedules from the comfort of your home.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity for independent, positive action.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct friendly and informative patient interactions over the phone.
Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to set up, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
Keep detailed records of appointments and patient interactions in various electronic systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in scheduling using specific codes.
Collect and verify patient insurance information.
Support patients with documentation required for their appointments.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Tackle additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a call center (minimum 1 year).
Proficient with EMR systems, preferably EClinicalWorks.
Experience in a medical office or with patient registration (2+ years preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Selfmotivated with a strong sense of urgency and problemsolving skills.
Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred.
