Description
Self Storage Facility is looking for a motivated and dependable person to fill a part-time positions. Position is in Tempe, near ASU. The position will be approximately 25-33 hour per week. Storage experience preferred, but not required.


Job duties include the showing, renting, and vacating of storage units, greeting customers, answering phones for rental inquiries and making delinquency phone calls.

Includes all aspects of running an office including, but not limited to the use of a computer software program, responding to Internet inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making decisions, following lien procedures (must be detailed oriented) and the printing/interpreting of reports.

In addition to office related work, responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside doing maintenance work (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, sweeping hallways and grounds, repair issues, working on doors, painting, etc.) Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to pass a complete background check, have a valid U.S. Driver's License and a bank account for payroll direct deposit.
