- Oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for designated clients.
- Ensures quality service and operational performance within program and delivery standards.

- Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook

- Proficient in software for word processing, email, order entry, with expertise in Microsoft Office, SAP, Service Max, and Maximo desirable.
