    Job Description

    The Operations Manager at Squeegee Squad of Wichita plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position focuses on enhancing productivity and operational excellence.

    Introduction

    As a key figure in operational oversight, the Operations Manager is tasked with strategic planning and execution of daily operations, including managing field operations, resource allocation, and process optimization. Standard work hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Daily Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Utilize the Task Manager sheet in Google Drive for task allocation, progress tracking, and resource management.
    • Address operational challenges effectively, maintaining continuity and quality of service.

    Weekly Responsibilities

    • Analyze operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains. Prepare and share a Weekly Operations Report with key insights and action items.
    • Conduct meetings with the operations team to discuss performance, upcoming projects, and strategies for workflow improvement.

    Monthly Responsibilities

    • Perform a detailed review of operational metrics, assessing against targets and identifying trends and areas for strategic enhancement.
    • Implement action plans derived from monthly reviews to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

    Quarterly Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning process for operational objectives, focusing on efficiency and productivity enhancements in line with overall business goals.
    • Evaluate and integrate new technologies or methodologies to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Team Management

    • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of operations staff, building a skilled and motivated team.
    • Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and development plans to foster growth and operational excellence.

    Customer Relations

    • Oversee service quality, ensuring customer feedback and complaints are addressed promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure unified customer service and operational delivery.

    Compensation

    • The Operations Manager will receive an hourly compensation ranging from $23 to $25, reflecting the importance of the role in achieving operational goals and efficiency. The position demands a commitment to excellence and strategic operational management within the set work hours.

    Bonuses

    • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses will be assessed based on operational efficiency improvements, goal achievement, and overall contribution to company success. Detailed bonus criteria will be outlined, rewarding operational achievements and leadership.
