- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, other project managers, and the Marketing & Media team.
- Coordinating meetings and all appropriate documentation.
- Documenting and following up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
- Managing project management documents such as scorecards, rocks, quarterly meeting notes, project plans, and schedules.
- Budget preparation, management, and reconciliation.
- Help maintain EOS' shared drive(s) of marketing content and collateral
- Manage projects and tasks in Asana to help keep deliverables on track
- Attend all Marketing & Media Team and Project Management Office (PMO) meetings
- Respond to marketing requests and provide support
- Collaborate with other EOS departments on projects and other duties as assigned.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, including a track record of effectively delivering projects and assignments in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with cloud-based project management software (Asana, Monday, Trello)
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools desired (WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce are all part of our tech stack)
- A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Ability to work on many projects simultaneously with short timelines
- Ability to set priorities and work independently with strong initiative
- Must take initiative, ownership and accountability for deliverables and react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
- Takes initiative to propose solutions and improve processes
- Energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Expert at using digital tools like Google, Asana, Slack and email to communicate
- Basic understanding of the marketing process and campaign planning principles
- Experience working with an in-house or agency marketing team
- Knowledge of EOS a plus
- Direct entrepreneurial experience or working for an entrepreneurial organization a plus

The Role - Marketing Coordinator
This full-time position will handle the EOSW Marketing Team's ongoing projects and budgets. They will work closely with the Marketing Team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include monitoring project plans, scorecards, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, monitoring project progress, and creating project status reports for team leads.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other applications, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills and proven experience in project coordination. Our ideal candidate has high attention to detail, is a great listener and synthesizer of complex information and campaigns and understands the marketing strategy and processes.
This candidate will ensure consistency in adherence to the business's core processes and operating system, as well as a relentless obsession with focus, simplicity, and clarity. Prioritization of the key business needs is critical to the organization's scale and predictability.
The candidate is quick on their feet, personable, creative, able to envision big picture strategy, has a great sense of humor, and loves having conversations that drive passion for the EOS brand.
Reports directly to the EOS Worldwide Marketing Manager.

Location: Work-from-home position with occasional travel throughout the US less than 20% of the year for onsite meetings, company-directed training, and company-sponsored events.
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000/year base salary with the potential for a merit-based bonus plus health, dental and vision benefits, flex-time, 401k match, monthly tech stipend, flex PTO, 9 paid holidays, FSA, and more
