  • Performs patient intake functions:

- Welcomes and registers patients with care and professionalism.
- Collects and records vital signs and relevant health information accurately.
- Reviews and addresses preventive health needs for patients including screenings and routine care.
- Maintains electronic health records and ensures accuracy in documentation.

  • Plans appropriately for patient care:

- Anticipates patient needs and optimizes provider time effectively.
- Monitors patient schedules to ensure timely visits and communicates any delays.
- Assists with office-based procedures and prepares supplies and patients for care.
- Ensures paperwork is complete and attached to patient records for follow-up care.

  • Provides individualized, age-specific care to patients:

- Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered by providers.
- Ensures medication and vaccine integrity and complies with regulatory guidelines.
- Delivers personalized care under provider guidance with attention to detail.
