As the newest member of our Front Office team in Waukee, you can expect a rewarding and dynamic work environment.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, verifying their insurance information, and collecting copayments.

You will handle phone calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and updating patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
