As the supervisory authority for banks, insurance companies, financial service providers and securities institutions, we operate at the heart of the financial industry and protect consumers.

As part of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and Single Resolution Mechanism for banks in the eurozone, we are networked in Europe and worldwide and shape European and international financial market standards.

We are currently looking for an Insurance Supervisor (m/f/d) for the supervision of property and casualty insurers for a permanent full-time or part-time position as a clerk at our headquarters in the federal city of Bonn.

Insurance companies play an important role in the national economy. This includes insuring risks that are potentially threatening to individuals or companies.

You will independently supervise property and casualty insurers and, together with your colleagues, review whether they comply with legal and supervisory requirements.

Because when it matters, insurance companies must fulfill their obligations. This requires sufficient capital and risk coverage. Your work therefore has a direct impact on the common good.


Your tasks include:
You will take on all tasks in the operational financial supervision of property and casualty insurance companies You will regularly evaluate incoming documents (e.g. reports from auditors) and make assessments of the risk situation of the companies You will participate in the examination of company contracts, portfolio transfers and owner control procedures You will
