Job location:
Chicago, IL must be able to work onsite)


Travel:
Up to 10%


Salary Range:
$120,000 to $140,000
+ bonus (up to 40%)

Education / Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required Experience:


  • 8+ years of management experience within the restaurant industry
  • Management of Restaurant Facilities, Finance, Retail, and QSR.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, lead others, motivate others, and build cohesive teams.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving, organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
  • Prior experience managing

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience with Italian cuisine and wine highly preferred.
