    Math Teacher - Upper School (Full-Time)

    Specifically, the Mathematics Department seeks innovative, inclusive educators to engage our students in a rigorous, explorative curriculum that promotes collaborative learning, skill development, deep conceptual understanding, and effective problem-solving strategies. This is an exciting teaching opportunity for a visionary teacher who is passionate about educating girls and preparing them to succeed in STEAM fields and elsewhere. Teachers typically teach at two grade levels and work with co-teachers.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Prior teaching experience and/or commensurate professional experience
    • Proficiency with technology in and out of the classroom
    • Undergraduate degree in relevant field of study

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • 403(b) Retirement plan with an outstanding employer match.
    • Castilleja uses a competitive salary scale which takes into account the range of experience, education and skill level. The yearly salary for this position ranges from $82,700 to $125,000.
