Then join the LEGOLAND Germany team and support us as a team leader (m/f/d) for housekeeping in the holiday village

Responsibilities:

You organize your team and ensure a smooth workflow
You are responsible for quality control and guest satisfaction in your area
You train and mentor new employees and provide training for housekeeping staff
You monitor compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines
You are responsible for the final inspection of rooms and ensuring they are ready for occupancy, as well as coordinating with the reception team

Qualifications:

Completed training in housekeeping, hotel management, building cleaning or a similar qualification is desirable
Previous experience in team leadership
Strong social skills, resilience, organizational skills and assertiveness
As our resort is open daily during the season, you should be willing to work weekends
