    Job DescriptionSalary: $42,000 - $47,000 annually DOE

    Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs.     Position: Admissions Case Manager

    Job Summary: The Admissions Case Manager is responsible for managing the initial assessment, intake, and admission procedures, ensuring that clients receive appropriate care and support tailored to their needs. This position reports to the Intake Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Guide newly admitted clients through the clinical process, providing orientation and necessary information to facilitate their understanding and engagement with the treatment program.
    • Support the efficient management of the client waiting area, providing assistance and addressing inquiries regarding the admission process with professionalism and empathy.
    • Coordinate admissions logistics, including scheduling appointments, obtaining necessary documentation, and facilitating communication between clients and treatment providers.
    • Coordinate care with medical team.
    • Assist clients throughout the admission process, including coordinating care with medical providers and transportation to housing as needed.
    • Determine and address immediate linkage and care coordination needs of newly admitted clients.

    Required Experience/Certifications:

    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in behavioral health.
    • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License, insurance, and willingness to travel.
    • Valid CDCA License
    • Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

    Desired Experience/Certifications:

    • Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
    • Advanced licensure through CSWMFT or OCDP boards

    Schedule

    Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p
