$21-$26/hrEnglewood, CO (Remote)IT Support AnalystInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their teamThe IT Support Analyst position is responsible for ensuring team member satisfaction by providing technical support via telephone, email, and personal interaction

Responsibilities:
Ticketing experience (ServiceNow or similar)

Ensure end user satisfaction through effective communication and first-time resolution The ability to offer onsite and remote IT support Collaborates with other IT teams to identify ways to increase support response time and end user satisfaction Hardware and software installations and upgrades Required Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree) 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk position Hardware and software troubleshooting experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent problem-solving skills Perks & Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k PTO Growth opportunity within the company Great work life balance

Other Information:
