Bring your management skills where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing clinical, financial, and human resources operating results as a Scheduling Manager.
Position Highlights:
Visible position that serves as the nursing center contact for all Center Department Heads and Supervisors in Labor Management Policy, Process and Supporting Technology.
Control Nursing Department labor spend to minimize overtime and agency usage through effective scheduling strategies and insures adequate nursing staffing at all times.
Ensure Nursing Hours/Patient Day are at appropriate budgeted level and volume-adjusted schedule changes are made.Orient new employees to Labor Management Policy and the expectation that employees optimize their schedules to meet the nursing centers' needs.
Serve as liaison with Staff with respect to work schedulesMust Have:
- CNA certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
