Creative Outdoor Advertising, an American advertising firm that advertises on benches, garbage/recycling units, and bus shelters is looking for:

A HANDY & RELIABLE PERSON TO MAINTAIN OUR STREET FURNITURE UNITS IN FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA

APPLICANTS FROM VIRGINIA AND MARYLAND ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Pay information:
Earnings are approximately $ a month for around 130 hours a month (roughly 32.5 hours a week). As you perform site visits, you scan each unit, and you are paid per scan. The pay structure is pay-for-performance/piecework. There is an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests, like sign installs, and various repairs.

Job Duties:
Site visits for overall cleanliness and upkeep of the furniture and surrounding area. Seasonal maintenance of trimming weeds/grass and weekly, twice a week and monthly recyclables/garbage collections. As needed sign installations and repairs.


You need:


  • A valid driver's license
  • A truck, large SUV or van with a tow hitch, and a trailer
    (trailer is a must):
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Have basic hand/power tools (can use them)

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
From $6,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
