Monarch Manufacturing, Inc.'s Door Department's Panel Assistants are responsible for ensuring that all door panels meet company standards before they are moved to the next stage in the cabinet making process.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

Prior woodworking or cabinetry experience is preferred but not required.

PAY SCALE:
$16.00 to $20.00 an hour. This is based on experience with the potential to increase at 30/90-day performance reviews.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM. (40 hours a week).
