Description
Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits

  • This is a call center / customer service type position
  • Will receive about 3040 calls per day.
  • 2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service related position
  • Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer)
  • Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable answering phone calls
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must be polite

- Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses

- Experience with medical terminology required.

Salary:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
