- Qualifications: RN license in Illinois (preferred), BSN (preferred), Master's in a related field (a plus), and CPR certification.

Type: Full-Time
Salary: $125K - $135K, + 20% bonus eligible
We are a forward-thinking hospice care provider dedicated to improving end-of-life care and expanding access to hospice services, especially among underserved populations. We are pioneering a unique approach that combines pre-hospice care with a proprietary patient identification algorithm to offer comprehensive end-of-life solutions. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care that addresses both the physical and emotional needs of our patients and their families.
Position OverviewWe seek an energetic and resilient Executive Director with a passion for end-of-life care to lead our new hospice location from the ground up. This role involves overseeing all program operations, from clinical excellence to strategic growth, ensuring we meet the highest standards of care and compliance. The Executive Director will start as the first hire, tasked with building a dedicated team to support our mission in Warrenville, IL, and surrounding areas.
