Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for a global transformation project in sales, management, and support of country-specific sub-projects
  • Leading the sub-project for the Germany & Austria region
  • Ensuring the achievement of key milestones in collaboration with national and international colleagues from external and internal sales, marketing, and business intelligence
  • Further development of the underlying analytical model and blueprint for the process landscape
  • Monitoring and evaluation of key KPIs, particularly related to financial success and consistent implementation of processes
  • Regular reporting to the board of directors, department heads, and managing directors of sales branches

Your Skills

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a project manager with a focus on transformation, ideally in the areas of sales/marketing/business development, preferably in a (B2B) trade environment
  • Operational experience in external or internal sales or marketing is desirable
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and present to committees up to the board of directors
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic approach to implementation
