Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review standard legal notices and pleadings.
• Utilize our case management system to ensure legal cases are progressing in a timely manner.
• Handle hearing preparation.
• Field phone calls from clients, courts, and sheriffs related to foreclosure matters.
• Support team in meeting firm expectations and goals.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Actively work to become familiar with the entire legal process for all work performed by the team and all our jurisdictions in Illinois.
• Embody and demonstrate our company's values in our everyday work: respect, creativity, engagement, collaboration, and advancement while working in an inclusive environment.
• Law firm experience, 35 years is preferred.
• Hybrid position you must be located near one of our offices. We have offices in Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Louisville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Orlando.
• Professionals who have earned an associate's/bachelor's degree are preferred but is not required.

Schedule & Benefits:

Our team works Monday through Friday, general business hours.
