Payroll Specialist


Barrett Financial Group is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ This is a full-time, in-office position.

Skills & Experience:


Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting / math skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in an office/administrative setting preferred

Responsibilities:


  • Process bimonthly Payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute payroll breakdowns for Loan Officer's Commissions
  • Ensure the Broker's Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
  • Assist with audits and reports as needed
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payrollrelated issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless payroll processes for employees
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to the company's employees regarding Payroll Inquiries
