Payroll Specialist
Barrett Financial Group is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ This is a full-time, in-office position.
Skills & Experience:
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of basic accounting / math skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in an office/administrative setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Process bimonthly Payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute payroll breakdowns for Loan Officer's Commissions
- Ensure the Broker's Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
- Assist with audits and reports as needed
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payrollrelated issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless payroll processes for employees
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to the company's employees regarding Payroll Inquiries
