Field Service Technician – Bay Area
$22–$25 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Field-Based Role | Mileage Reimbursed
FirstLink delivers functional testing, preventative maintenance, and support services for safes, safe deposit boxes, and banking security equipment. This is a hands-on, independent field role requiring daily travel to client locations throughout the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled customer sites across the Bay Area
- Perform functional testing and preventative maintenance on banking and retail security equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues on-site
- Accurately document completed work
- Maintain professional communication with clients and branch personnel

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Professional communication and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area
