    Travel Physical Therapist (PT) jobs in Hayward, CA offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery. You will document progress and educate patients and families on therapy strategies.
