For our renowned logistics client in Muscoy, CA, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) as part of direct personnel placement.

Your responsibilities:

Organizing sea freight shipments
Maintaining and supporting customer relationships
Creating freight quotes
Handling complaints and damages
Preparing shipping documents
Assisting with customs clearance

Your profile:
-
Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or similar

Indepth knowledge of sea freight and relevant work experience
Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
Good knowledge of English
Understanding of international trade (letter of credit processing, customs regulations, Incoterms, etc.)
