Description

Bluestone Construction of Dutchess is seeking to fill a laborer position to maintain mobile home parks. The position requires residential property maintenance skills. Must be able to work in all forms of weather effectively and collaborate well with a team.

For the motivated handyman, this is a home-run opportunity To be a successful fit, must possess a variety of skills such as:

• Basic residential repairs, plumbing and carpentry
• Respond, as needed, to emergency work orders during and after business hours.
• Care and upkeep of grounds including snow removal
• General outdoor seasonal maintenance
• Must be able to operate lawn equipment, such as mowers, weed wackers, leaf and snow blowers
• Assist with general construction projects; Site prep/cleanup
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors

INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD IN SELKIRK, NY FOR 1 DAY ONLY ON THURSDAY, MAY 16TH

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
