- Handling lawsuits from filing through judgment.
- Collaborating with internal restructuring and accounting teams with respect to preparing matters for litigation.
- Assisting with prelitigation matters
- Engaging and supervising external local counsel to handle out of state matters
- Assisting with other legal matters including bankruptcy and insolvency.
- Managing out-of-state dockets.
- Advising and providing legal analysis to business executives
- JD required
- Licensed attorney in Massachusetts.
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Corporate/transactional and/or bankruptcy experience a plus.
- Highly motivated with ability to manage simultaneous projects under deadline pressure in a dynamic and fluid environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
