A client of Insight Global is seeking to add Maintenance Managers to a brand new team to manage, establist and communicate directions and priorories for the maintenance team.

This role will have a team of 5 to 10 maintenance supervisors reporting directly to them. The facility is over 4 million square feet, and will be operating to produce Li-Ion Batteries. Additional responsabilities as below...

Developing and maintaining department KPI and goals, monitoring for efficiencies, labor cost, and other department expensesPartnering with cross functional teams to manage, maintain and establish maintenance procedures for Production lines to ensure demand targets are met and exceeded.

Maintain manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals. Provides training and continuous development to both direct and indirect team members. Conduct periodic reviews for team performance and actively engage in team member development.

Actively promote continuous improvement culture within maintenance areas (floor support, schedulers, MRO planners, and leadershipSolid track record of Safety improvements through Behavioral Based Safety Hazard identifications and risk assessmentEstablish work with solid AC+R process (Asset Care and Reliability)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
