Are you interested in obtaining three recognized IHK vocational qualifications in just three years while also completing your training? Our Bantam Abiturientenprogramm offers you the opportunity to become a Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (retail merchant) with an integrated Handelsfachwirt (commercial specialist) qualification.

In addition to comprehensive business knowledge, you will also acquire practical skills that are essential for your future career.

After 18 months, you will have completed your vocational training and will begin a 17-month further education program to become a Handelsfachwirt.

As part of this program, you will also take the Ausbildereignungsprüfung (examination for training instructors) at the IHK.

One of the most exciting aspects of this program is the combination of practical training in your company and theoretical learning at the Akademie Handel.

Your tasks will include advising customers, handling transactions, managing inventory, ordering new products, receiving and organizing shipments, and ensuring the freshness and quality of products.

To be successful in this program, you should have a desire to take on responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team and potentially lead one in the future.
