- Residential, industrial and commercial services
- Complete both simple and complex troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical related issues without direct supervision
- Effectively and safely operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment
- ETS unit service/installation
- Certified fire alarm installation
- Data, telephone, CATV and audio installation
- Training apprentices (big plus if you want/can do this)
- Passed licensing exam for the state of Michigan (at least Journeyman status)
- Up to date on all certifications
- Preferred: CDL license
- You enjoy working with people and have good communication skills
- You reside in a location from which you can commute to our office within 60 minutes'
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
