Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Identify and locate automotive parts and accessories for customers
Provide accurate pricing and product information
Process customer orders and payments
Maintain accurate inventory levels and keep shelves organized and stocked
Collaborate with service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
Assist in identifying and resolving customer concerns
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Keep uptodate with new products and promotions
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in automotive parts sales or similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer serviceoriented mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with computer systems and software
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Valid driver's license and good driving record
