Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identify and locate automotive parts and accessories for customers
  • Provide accurate pricing and product information
  • Process customer orders and payments
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and keep shelves organized and stocked
  • Collaborate with service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Assist in identifying and resolving customer concerns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Keep uptodate with new products and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in automotive parts sales or similar role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
