Job Summary
This role is responsible for directing all activities of a single store location and managing proper fleet levels. The incumbent establishes high safety standards and recruits, trains, develops and retains qualified employees to optimize performance and outcomes.
The Operations Manager III will work with the regional sales manager to facilitate sales training as needed and promote a thorough understanding of market conditions including current customers, potential customers, and competitors for assigned territory. They will also foster a customer-focused approach to sales and service while ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget preparation.
