As a Photography Supervisor, you will lead a team of photographers and ensure the smooth execution of all photography operations within your assigned territory.
Your role will involve not only overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of photographers but also maintaining photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
From managing schedules and budgets to delivering exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence and capturing unforgettable moments for our clients.
This position offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, creativity, and passion for photography while contributing to the success of our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Completion of Levels 2, 3, and 4 Photography tests with a passing grade of 80% or higher for both the assessment and the practical assessment.
- Experience: Customer service/sales and management.
- Abilities and Skills:
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation: You must be able to fit a mobile studio inside of your vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to selfmanage and motivate.
- Ability to multitask.
- Organized and reliable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Background check required.
