Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried executive position with a competitive compensation package of $10000+ per month, paid semi-monthly.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k retirement plan and paid time off.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to provide topquality service to our customers.
  • Manage and develop a team of service advisors and technicians, providing training and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, taking corrective action when necessary to meet or exceed goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue and profitability, such as upselling and promoting service specials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve overall dealership goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge in CDK CRM
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and performance goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
