Part-Time Marketing Assistant (Real Estate)


Overview:

I am seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support my real estate business. As a Realtor, I am looking for someone with experience in creating marketing materials and excellent communication skills.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to my marketing efforts and engage with clients in the real estate industry.


Responsibilities:

Following Up with Past Clients:


  • Reach out to past clients in the real estate industry to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from past clients promptly and professionally.

Creating Marketing Materials:


  • Design and create engaging marketing materials such as property flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements to promote real estate listings.
  • Collaborate with me to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns tailored to each property.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the unique selling points of each property.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate guidelines concerning advertising.

Creating Mailers:


  • Develop and execute targeted mailer campaigns to reach prospective clients and promote real estate services and listings.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of mailers, including managing mailing lists and tracking campaign performance.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of mailer campaigns and make recommendations for improvement based on results.

Assisting with Social Media Management:


  • Support me in managing social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement for real estate listings.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities in the real estate industry, such as data entry, organizing files, and maintaining systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, campaigns, and client interactions related to real estate transactions.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on creating marketing materials in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of real estate terminology and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with real estatespecific customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a Realtor.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work parttime hours as needed in the real estate industry.
