Join the educational institution of the Hessian Employers' Associations in Cathcart, WA. With around 1000 permanent employees, we provide services for public clients, companies, employees, and trainees and job seekers.


The Education Center of the Hessian Economy carries out various projects in Fulda to advise job seekers and unemployed individuals with the goal of finding employment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for individuals with counseling experience, knowledge of the regional job market, and the ability to effectively match people with sustainable employment opportunities.

We expect candidates to be able to create informative and employer-oriented applications with our participants, actively approach companies, and assess employment possibilities for our participants.

Additionally, a professional approach to scheduling and conducting counseling sessions is required.

We also expect candidates to work independently and be able to handle multiple counseling sessions per day and conduct group coaching sessions.

Accurate documentation and follow-up on placement results are also important. If you meet these requirements, we look forward to receiving your application. We also welcome career changers to join our team
