We are currently looking for Electronic Banking Specialists (m/f/d) for one of the largest direct banks in Germany.

What you will be working on:

You will be responsible for processing administrative tasks related to online banking contracts.
You will provide advice to business and private customers as needed.
You will handle written inquiries from customers regarding electronic banking topics.

What you bring to the table:

A vocational training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification,
Some experience in commercial processing in the banking sector, but this is not a must we also welcome career starters,
Good knowledge of German,
A structured way of working, strong communication skills, and a serviceoriented attitude.
