    A data scientist in Growth Marketing Analytics harnesses data to drive business growth by analyzing trends, building predictive models, and advising on data-driven marketing strategies.

    What you'll do:
    Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering to establish measurement best practices across performance media, CRM, and organic channels.

    Design, implement, and readout A/B tests, perform regression modeling and provide recommendations for lead growth and revenue maximization

    Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques to predict customer behavior and forecast marketing impact.

    Proactively identify areas of opportunity in our emerging markets through optimization of marketing strategies and experimentation.

    Learn from the best and build on a cutting edge tech stack that allows for rapid skill development.

    Present your findings to the team and leadership with high visibility across the organization.

    What you'll bring:
    2+ years of related experience in analytics or data science.

    Robust analytics skills and ability to work with and analyze large volumes of complex data.

    Be a subject matter expert on measurement and statistical analyses for your stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions using statistical methods.

    Strong SQL and either intermediate Python or R.

    Highly collaborative and a team player.

    Four-year college or university degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, information management, or a related discipline.
