Your Tasks
- Customer consultation and support via phone, in person, and email
- General administrative tasks (e.g. writing emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining master data)
- Reception of guests and business partners
- Handling of the telephone switchboard
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Support for colleagues from various departments
Your Qualifications
- Completed education/training
- Ideally, you already have experience in sales
- Proficient in common computer programs
- Customer needs are always your top priority
- You have a strong interest in working in an administrative field
- Communication skills, reliability, and teamwork complete your profile
