    Description

    TRENTINI

    is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of experience, we are at the forefront of the industry.

    The position entails understanding our client service procedures, managing relationships with existing 2,000 business clients, acquiring new clients through referrals and leads, and supervising a small team to carry out these tasks efficiently.

    You will specialize in training your team members and progress towards the role of Agency Director by mastering the necessary skills using our established systems and procedures. The position offers a competitive weekly salary (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client base effectively.
    • Identify new business prospects (B2B).
    • Oversee team performance and outcomes.
    • Train and mentor new team members on current systems.
    • Provide daily activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
    • Proven time management skills and meeting deadlines consistently.

    Strong leadership and supervision skills. Ability to manage tasks effectively and delegate when necessary. Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment. Passion for aiding others and building connections. Exceptional time management and organizational expertise. Background in sales or customer service. Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach. Enjoys engaging with the community. Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce is a plus).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
