The position entails understanding our client service procedures, managing relationships with existing 2,000 business clients, acquiring new clients through referrals and leads, and supervising a small team to carry out these tasks efficiently.
You will specialize in training your team members and progress towards the role of Agency Director by mastering the necessary skills using our established systems and procedures. The position offers a competitive weekly salary (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).
