Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join us in New York City.

The Sales Operations Manager at EquiLend will be integral in optimizing sales processes, analyzing critical data, and providing insights to boost sales efficiency.


This role supports the Sales and Marketing teams by managing the essential tools, processes, and technologies that facilitate their operations.

Responsibilities encompass a broad range of projects and tasks, including conducting industry research, prospecting, developing client proposals, and analyzing and forecasting sales revenue.


Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and sales data, tracking key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and goal achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team on initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide robust support to the Sales Team in driving opportunities from qualification through to contracting, managing documents that support the sales process including meeting notes, marketing, and sales collateral, strategic account plans, and clientfocused proposals.
  • Coordinate campaigns that broaden brand awareness and augment marketing efforts.
  • Play a key role in pricing professional service solutions based on scope and client needs.
  • Organize training workshops, ensuring seamless transitions to the project implementation team.
  • Oversee the contracting process, ensuring the creation of accurate contracts, diligent tracking of status within the CRM, and securing all required documentation.

Required Skills:


  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field.
  • You exhibit strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, LinkedIn functionality, and are proficient in account research tools. Experience as a Salesforce Administrator would be an asset.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skilled in data analysis.
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to professionally engage with highlevel clientele both in person and virtually.
  • You possess strong analytical skills to effectively interpret sales data and make informed, datadriven decisions.
  • You show excellent project management capabilities with a proven track record of prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects under pressure.
  • You are detailoriented with strong followthrough, selfmotivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • You are adept at navigating ambiguity and providing feedback that fosters performance improvement and trustbuilding.
  • Previous experience in FinTech or Financial Services would be a plus
