Description

The University Group is a continuously growing Property Management company seeking an outgoing, dynamic, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative for our Maintenance Department.


Duties include:


  • Answering phones
  • Greeting customers in person
  • Assigning, creating, and completing work orders
  • Maintaining and updating work order reports
  • Programming Fobs and cutting keys for properties, as well as maintaining the organization of inventory
  • Signing in/out keys for vendors and maintenance technicians
  • Sorting/organizing/charging bill backs
  • Assist in facilitating communication between residents and maintenance technicians, as well as maintenance technicians and management.
  • General office work such as filing and organizing information.
  • Special office projects that may require coming in early.
  • General data entry
  • Assist Customer Relations Representatives in the Leasing office
  • Miscellaneous and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications include:


  • High school diploma
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient or willing to learn programs such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
  • Prior real estate or property management experience is a plus. Willing to train the right person.
  • Available to work on weekends in July and August each year.
  • Available to work overtime in July and August each year.

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
