For one of our clients in the corporate environment at the
Bremen location, we are looking for a
Facility Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in temporary employment.


  • Your tasks
  • Processing and maintenance of transport orders, infrastructure measures (telephone and data lines), fault reports, and service orders in the facility management system
  • Disposition and coordination of internal transports and relocations
  • Monitoring of general cleaning and scheduling of special cleanings, including the creation of framework contracts and commissioning of special cleanings in consultation with purchasing
  • Commissioning and coordination of waste disposal and recycling companies, including the collection of hazardous and nonhazardous waste in cooperation with purchasing
  • Organization and monitoring of the implementation of contract management (in consultation with purchasing and possibly legal) for general cleaning, winter services, waste disposal, transport, and similar facility management topics
  • Processing of rental contract management for buildings and commercial spaces (review of utility bill statements, administration of rental contracts)
  • Contact person for internal customers in all matters related to infrastructure building management
  • Contact person for rental car arrangements
