Bayside Volkswagen and Volvo Cars of Queens is currently looking for a Valet to join their growing team

Part of the Helms Auto Group

Service Valet

  • The Valet works on the service drive and assist our customers to ensure we are promptly taking care of them by moving cars, pulling up loan cars, assisting customers in transferring items from or to their vehicles.
  • They are a front line representative that helps in any way possible to keep the process of servicing customer's vehicle moving smoothly and efficiently while representing the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times.

Essential Duties:


  • Greet customers when they drive into the service department.
  • Safely drive customer and loan car vehicles into the service lot.
  • Quickly respond to requests to bring customers cars to the service department.
  • The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including rain and heat.
  • Drive the customer shuttle if requested.
  • Run errands for service department as needed.
  • Responsible for communicating need of equipment and/or supplies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Other duties may be assigned.
Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Other duties may be assigned.


Salary:
$15.00 /hour
