- Understanding of cGMP guidelines and FDA regulations.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative.

THE ROLE
We're looking for an entry-level R&D Technician to contribute to the development of new products from conception to market launch, driving the company's growth. This role involves improving existing products and assisting the R&D team in various research and development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating samples for internal and external evaluations, optimizing processes, and enhancing product quality.
