- Respond to Sales Managers, Representatives, and customer requests.
- Generate month end reports for the Director of Appliance Sales and Rep. Agencies
- Support the key account administration including pricing spreadsheet maintenance.
- Administrate RGA process review and submit within Salesforce.
- Maintain inventory feeds for key customers.
- Manage rep agency contracts, NDA's and ACH's
- Review product bulletins for content and send to field.
- Maintain rep lists and email distribution lists for sales team.
- Communicate any rep changes and update the system.
- Assist with onboarding of new rep agencies.
- Support on Special projects or assignments for Appliance Channel
- Processing of marketing fund & rebate claims and maintaining balances for each account
- Managing customer program claims and claim process improvement.
- 360 Insight administration and spiff claim processing, and processing bonus spiffs
- Literature portal approval for new users from accounts or rep agencies
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience involving extensive customer contact.
- Broan Product knowledge (preferred) or resourceful to research once trained.
- Good communication skills and be able to work with people individually and in team settings.
- Multitasking skills to deal with multiple priorities.
- Computer proficiency: Required - Microsoft Excel and Word. Preferred - Data Entry (ASI)
- Extensive use of Excel for reporting and tracking. Experience with formulas and pivot tables a plus.
- Sitting or Standing at computer.
- General office work.

Business Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales Director and the Field Sales team for the Appliance Sales channel. This position will also work in conjunction with the other Sales Operations team members to complete various customer tasks. There will also be direct responsibility for inside and outside customer satisfaction through timely and complete response to their needs.
