- Production Monitoring: Keep a close eye on our production schedule, make necessary adjustments, and ensure we meet all our deadlines even if it means providing on-call support on nights and weekends.
- Communication: Collaborate with various business units to communicate the production schedule effectively and address any potential challenges that may arise.
- Strategy: Work closely with the Sales team to forecast our long-term production needs and make adjustments as needed to accommodate new projects or changes in existing ones.
- Planning: Utilize production specifications and plant capacity data to create an efficient production plan, including scheduling downtime and coordinating with maintenance.
- Preferably a High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing, especially in the print industry
- Proficiency in computers and basic math skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines
- Strong process planning skills from start to finish
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Detailed-oriented, proactive, and persistent in achieving objectives
