- Assemble informational packets for submitting to the Automation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Construction Manager.
- Facilitate approval of all standard and non-standard assembly drawings on projects.
- Prepare requisitions and/or place orders for all "buy-out" equipment.
- Prepare or approve requisitions for "non-stock" items purchased for projects.
- Coordinate with construction to prepare for & arrange on-site install.
- Ensure necessary project information required to complete invoices, project updates, etc. is provided to the appropriate company personnel/departments in a timely and efficient manner.
