General Information & Responsibilities:

Quad Cities Book Store is hiring for the Summer and Fall/Spring Semester.

Description of Duties:

The work study/student worker will assist with daily bookstore tasks such as operating a cash register, answering phones, stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean bookstore, and other duties as assigned.

Flexible scheduling is available. The Quad Cities Bookstore is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Education & Experience:

Current BHC student (all majors/eligible students welcome to apply)
Customer Service/Ability to work with the public
Previous retail experience preferred.

Other skills/experience may be requested or specified by the department and/or hiring manager at BHC.

Supplemental Information:

The Federal Work Study Program provides jobs for students at Black Hawk College demonstrating financial need. Eligible students typically work between hours per week.
In order to qualify for the Federal Work Study Program, you must:
Receive Financial Aid
Be approved for Work Study by Financial Aid and Human Resources
Current BHC student enrolled in 6 or more credit hours per semester
