Your Role: With a team of logistics experts in Germany, Kuehne+Nagel supports national and international trade fairs and exhibitions. Our specialists advise event organizers and exhibitors on projects of all sizes. Therefore, you can expect a diverse and responsible area of responsibility with all the facets that a global freight and logistics service provider has to offer. Become a trade fair expert and support our specialist team at our location in Mocksville, NC.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Interface between our customers (trade fair companies), software development, and sales
  • Analysis and optimization of work/process flows related to the systems used, as well as support in the process design of existing projects and exciting new projects
  • Support in the successful integration of our software products with our customers, further development and improvement of our software
  • Training of users and key users in the STM system and the hardware used for it
  • Bug reporting and first level support in daily business

Qualifications you should bring:


  • Completed studies, training, or comparable degree with relevant expertise in the logistics field, IT, or traffic engineering
  • Affinity for IT and process optimization
  • Knowledge of information systems, M365, and Jira
  • Strong problemsolving skills, strong customer service orientation, and a demonstrated ability to work well
